Terms and Conditions

1. All tickets purchased for Minelab 500  Weekender are non-refundable, after 4 Weeks Prior to event date , except in the event of the cancellation of the event or a change in the dates.

Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel a booking please note the following cancellation conditions:

8 weeks or more prior to the event – 100% refund minus any booking fees

4-8 weeks prior to the event – 50% refund minus any booking fees

0-4 weeks prior to the event – no refund

2. Ticket holders are responsible for checking the event dates and ensuring their availability before purchasing tickets.
3. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling of Minelab 500 Weekender, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund.
4. Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.
5. Minelab 500 Weekender reserves the right to cancel or change event dates at its discretion, and ticket holders will be notified accordingly.
6. Ticket holders are responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation, and Minelab 500 Weekender will not be liable for these expenses.
7. Ticket holders must comply with all event rules and regulations set by Minelab 500  Weekender.
8. Minelab 500 Weekender reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the event for violating rules or behaving inappropriately.
9. By purchasing a ticket for Minelab 500 Weekender, attendees agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
10. Minelab 500 Weekender is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.
